...thou shalt not go to 4 Competitions, 5 is right out!

I have heard that teams that are signed up for more than 3 competitions (not Chief Delphi, by the way, though I will admit that we would LIKE to go to more, but we just can't) are being asked which one(s) they are dropping.

Is this the case? True, not true?
