Have you guys changed the IP address on the classmate to be 10.36.94.5 (team number)?

You've obviously formatted the cRIO as you can run it on the desktop.

Have you Built AND Ran the code as startup?

The D-Link shouldn't have anything to do with it because you aren't going wireless. (yet)

Thats all that I can think of to solve the issue hope it helps.
