Did you re-image and install the two things you need for the driver station? Did you install the labVIEW update that comes up when you first start it up (getting started panel) in the top right hand corner? Does it say "FRC Edition 2011" in the top right corner?

Post pictures of how you're wiring the two laptops to the c-rio.
