Since the 2011 Game Rule is any laptop can be used, there aren't any special requirements about which OS is on the Classmate. It's just another laptop for competition purposes.
You probably want to remove the old LabVIEW and install the new one.
For Competition, at the minimum, you need: - The latest Tools and cRIO drivers from the 2011 LabVIEW DVD (supports the Dashboard)
- The Driver Station Update
