OK, I connected my PC to the cRIO serial port at 115200/8/n/1/n and tried to instantiate a CANJaguar.

I received some data over serial, but I'm guessing only a couple of bytes. In hyperterm it appeared as 11 printed characters. Is this the amount of data you expected?
