You can't go wrong if you turn them all off.

The position of this one doesn't matter:
  • USER1
If you are not using the serial port for CAN, then this doesn't matter:
  • CONSOLE OUT
All the others must be off for normal operation.
You may have occasion at times to use them under special circumstances, but even then you'll turn them on only momentarily and never leave them on during normal operation.
