If you look at the spec for the RS775-18, what else uses an 18V DC motor?
Try to find a cordless drill with a similar motor and then cannabalize it for its gearbox! Thats my contingency plan. You will find that the Banebot motors are very standard in their mounting and shaft configurations and I'd bet it's pretty easy to match it up to an 18V drill with the same if not very similar motor. Just remember that a drill is not designed to take sideloads so you must isolate them using external bearings. Anyone who was around in 2000-2001 (?) possibly earlier can attest to the importance of this!
