Re: Multiple Iiko
When moving them are you selecting the arrow underneath them? Here's what I do.

SELECT all of their parts
CTRL V to COPY them (not an instance)
SELECT only arrow on one.
MOVE the Iiko
ANIMATE the Iiko.
