Destructive vs. Constructive
I've been to Vegas 2 months ago and there wern't prostatutes, but porn and other things being handed out. Gambiling is promanent at all casinos and everything is overpriced (wanna get entertained for an hour and a half? pony up $100 per).
Plus, the main method of transportation is walking, Segway or not.
It won't and will never work. Nor will it happen as long as Dean loves FIRST.
