Imaging tool not Communicating with CRIO
Hi everyone, we have a brand new CRIO that we just got replaced by NI. Our old one was dead and we got it replaced, so now we are trying to image our new CRIO and we can't seem to get the Imaging Tool to communicate with it. With the robot on and the CRIO displaying that it has power, we connect it from Port 1 on the CRIO to our laptop's Ethernet port. When we open up the imaging tool, a message come up that reads "No CompactRIO devices were found. Verify the network connection."
Our computer's IP is set to 10.10.33.6 and subnet mask is 255.0.0.0 as specified in the instructions, and as far as we can tell everything we're doing should be working. Help!
