Yeah, shifters are nice and all but a $700+ donation isn't something teams are going to just do

Don't worry though! Single speed transmissions are nice too - you just have to gear them properly and not be too aggressive with pushing. A few singe speed drivetrains have been on Einstein pretty consistently for the past several years - they alone will not make or break your season.
