They should show up as axis (even though they're just momentary switches). They will either give you -1 or 1 (the Joystick class gives you -1..1, right?).

First two axis should be x and y, third will be the throttle, and if I remember correctly from when I was playing around with my 3D Pro (before it broke), the hat axis should be 4 an 5 (or 3 and 4, if the Joystick class starts enumeration at 0).
