For years like this year where the two currencies are trading very close to par, we don't bother converting. The difference is well within the margin of error from other sources (guesstimating quantities used and sources for old raw materials, etc.), and we're always far under the cost limit. Given that the primary purpose of the BOM is to ensure individual item and overall robot cost limits are respected (or at least it has been on the couple of occasions I've been an inspector), you should be okay as long as your BOM conveys this.
