Edit: Under FAQ's it says "Send an email (use the 'Contact' link at the bottom of the page) with your current username and desired username. Please send the e-mail from your registered e-mail account, to verify your identity."

I think it all goes to the same place, but do it this way since it's what the FAQ's tell you to do.
