Theres only 4 wires coming out of the converter, theres only one option. I think what you're trying to say is that if you wire it to one of the regular 20 or 30 amp fuses, it will loose power when the battery voltage drops. It should be wired to the 12v connector on th end of the distribution panel near the 24v connector for the CRio that way when the battery voltage drops, the bridge and the CRio still maintain power.
