I'd recommend moving it to the side of what the jags are mounted on. Like the radio, but on the other side.
Outside of the rules, it's best for everyone to have that as easily accesible as possible. Monkeying around inside the robot to turn it on is never fun, and can bump PWMs and whatnot out of place.
