I did it step by step and it seems to work. I uploaded the file to the emergency server and it told me to wait so I did. It said it was complete and to restart the device. So I turned the power off. Waited like a minute. Plugged it back in, then tried going to
http://192.168.0.50 again but the emergency web server is still there.
