Haha. My first year doing animation, I did it all alone. My second year the animation team doubled - I got a freshman to help me. This year we once again doubled the animation team, we now have four dedicated animation students (Me, the sophomore from last year, and two freshman). You don't have to be a grown up to be a mentor. Just willing to share what you know with others.
