I know that National Instruments has a bunch of tutorials on their website. But this PDF may help to get you started if you not familiar with the language at all. If you have a more specific question you can search their website.

Another site that is good is LabVIEW Mastery @ http://lvmastery.com/ They have some courses that you can take to increase your skills and also some robotics related material.
