Okay, if the jaguar is blinking red slowly, the first thing I'd check is to see if the limit switch jumpers are in. They're the two jumpers at the end of the jaguar, and they should be connecting the two pins vertically, assuming you're looking at the jaguar with the fan at the top. Otherwise, try disconnecting the motor and trying the jaguar, looking at the LED to see what it's doing. That rules out overcurrent and limit switches, which are the main two problems for faults. If those don't work, then I'd look into opening it up.
