Been asking the same question
If I could find the source code for the Smartdashboard, instead of just the jar file, it could be altered to replace the default video display with the web feed of the cameras. I'm sure the source is available someplace, I just can't seem to find it.
EDIT: Found the source code, let me see what I can do...
