Avid web designers and developers might be interested in Forrst (
http://forrst.com). It's a new online community, about a year old, for web designers and developers. Its members range from young beginners to seasoned professionals, and it's a great place to ask questions or get feedback on what you're working on.
I'm not trying to "promote" the site per se, but it has been a great resource for me since I joined, so I thought I'd share it with CD.
