Re: When does the robot have to be bagged?

Section 5.2 states you must cease work "On or before" the ship deadline. That means that you can cease working on your robot on Tuesday. 11:59pm (local time) Tuesday is STILL Tuesday. So long as your robot is SHIPPED or in a BAG before your watch says "Wednesday", you're okay.

This also means that teams on the West Coast get an extra three hours of build... compensation for getting up early to watch kickoff. Teams in Australia, though, lose out a bit.
