Update: It worked! I had uninstall RoboLAB, the portions of LabVIEW that successfully installed, and do a deep-cleaning of the registry to get rid of anything that said "National Instruments" on it, but it has now installed correctly. If anyone else has this issue, try removing these items (but be careful around your registry). Thanks Greg!
