More issues with the original posted code:
-"Stand Still", "Stop Arm", "Stand Still", "Stop Arm", "Stop" will never finish (False constant wired to Stop Condition.
-"Lower Arm for 200 ms" will execute exactly once due to True constant wired to Stop Condition.
