You are right on all of that Chris. Our veteran members/college mentors (Jacob Baren for example) did indeed have that vex team back then. It's great to hear that they helped inspire some one to continue on with robotics. We also did used to be 2741 during the 2009 season (our rookie season). Last year that team split into two teams (2704, and us-2949). And we re-built our robot for IRI because we're robotics kids and thats what we do with our free time

Anyways, thanks for the kind words everyone. We hope to put up some great competition this year at Midwest, whould be an even more challenging regional then last year. XaulZan, we expect to see another steller robot from 1732. I remember last year we all were really nervous when our pit was right next to yours and we saw your Wisconsin Champion banner hanging there.
