Not sure if this has already been brought to your attention, but I logged on this morning to try to test scouting a match to see what the input form looks like, and all I see is the "General" box with a Robot present checkbox, the "Comments" box and the "Submit box".
This occurs on both the Mobile and Full versions of the site on my Motorola Droid and Firefox 3.6.14 on Ubuntu 10.10
