Probably a slow Teleop loop, or other slow code running in parallel and driving the CPU utilization too high.
Do you know how to use the tools to measure:
- The Teleop loop rate (tool: Elapsed Times.vi located under "Support Code" in the Project Explorer window)
- cRIO CPU utilization (tool: System Manager under Tools->Real-Time Module)
