We have this (kind of) mirrored on our code wiki at http://code.google.com/p/chopshop-16...ForCompetition, but this is REALLY good to have, and important to know. We thought we had some problems at GSR because we hadn't heard anything about the update, and somehow inspection didn't bring it to light.
