Come on Vin....
If you look at any other forum around using all caps is disrespectful in most peoples minds and it does indicated a sense of shouting or anger.....
My suggestion would be to use
bold or the little "!" sign for the message icon.....then people around here will look at the thread and notice its a big issue or whatever...
