Well, since you only have 3 students, that is far easier than managing 20!
Your scouting isn't going to be up to par, since you don't have anyone to do it. Not much you can do about that, unfortunately, so ask around early for help with getting scouting data for compiling a "pick list" Friday night. I'm sure a team will be willing to help you!
Keep focus and get inspected early, at least partially.
