Well, considering it is a different country, it would be much more difficult for
most of the people involved. As I would guess you need Passports or something similar, plus, just getting the school board to let you out of state for overnight is hard enough.
However, I could be wrong, I know that some of the teams from the US do go to the Canadian regionals, so how about a primary source?
