This is a simple live display that the FTAs/FTAAs/CSAs use.
It's actually pointed at the field and can be video taped if you want, as long as no referee happens to be blocking it.

The logged data is much more intense and the FTA generally just checks it for obvious issues, such as low battery voltage and communications delays and drops. It is by team/match/etc. as you'd expect. Sorting through the multiple potential causes is more what the CSAs back in the pits with the teams do to relieve the strain on the FTA.
Generally, if an FTA sees a team having a problem on the field, he/she will ask a CSA to follow the team back to the pits to help troubleshoot.
Ultimately, it's vastly easier to learn to troubleshoot the problem from a volunteer who's already seen similar problems on 60 different robots.

The time to review the recorded match data is limited, however, because of the ongoing matches. It's much easier to ask the field crew to monitor it for you as your match is happening.
It doesn't have to be the FTA that watches it for you. Regionals have a help desk of some sort. I worked the NJ Regional, for instance, and we had about seven people available (counting FTAs), any one of whom could monitor the feedback for obvious issues.

You can also log your own data on either the cRIO or Driver Station.
Battery voltage, packet timing, etc. are easily collected.
