I would like to apologize for my last post. I have left it unedited as I feel the words have merit. However, I feel that my tone was a bit strong.

All any of us are trying to do is to help each other out. That is why I started this thread and it also appears to be why you posted here to begin with.

I have noted with some dismay how several other threads have devolved into "righteous indignation" against referees, et al, and I got a bit hot under the collar when it appeared to be starting here.

It is the aim of all of the volunteers at these events to do their job as well as they can and to help provide a meaningful experience for the students attending.

Once again, sorry if I barked too loud...
