Got to do this Nick, with the PNTA sponsor being a Nuclear Power company.

Segway's utilization of electricity is an enormous pollution decreasing factor, even if it is generated by fossil fuel plants; for they are far more efficient than an ICE.

And if the power is being generated by nuclear means, it is the most clean (widely used) power generation technology available.

Any electric vehicle offers a high level of work vs. pollution.
