In my opinion GP comes down to your own personal opinion. Just as with any ethical decision there is no definitive right or wrong.
Take for instance 469 last year, there is much debate as to whether or not their strategy was GP for many reasons.
I think there are several instances too where taking penalties can also be GP.
In the end if you are helping to advance both FIRST and the world and doing it in a way that doesn't break your own ethical beliefs. Then I believe it to be GP

In this case it seems pretty cut and dry that you would get a red card for it. So in this case GP doesn't really matter
