Re: Hawaii webcast

I agree with Glenn, the Hawaii regional can't be touched in terms of the way it is run. The "perks" are unreal. Tahitian dancers in the opening ceremony, professional dance crew in the closing, free lunches, free dinner and games at the social and more. The ROC (robotics organizing committee) and BAE give teams so much support- mahalo! Its a shame No mainland teams made it over this year. I think it testifies to the fact of how hard it is for us to travel there. Congrats to the Thunder Down Under for Chairmans- you are an inspiration!
I could have played you guys all day....that's the way it was supposed to be played. Back and forward to the end. Have to tell you that even though we lost I felt good about it. We gave it a good fight and I really enjoyed the matches. Thanks again Baldwin for the pick! With a little more luck we might have pulled it off? Now to stress over money for worlds!!! My congrats to Waialua, McKinley and Kealakehe for the win and the hard fought but fair fight. You guys are all a classy act to follow. To Baldwin and Lahainaluna my outer Island allies...the elims were maybe the most fun I've had in nine years of doing this! It's too bad we all can't go to Worlds!
