The number of storage tanks are related to how much/how fast you plan to use air. One is fine, but I'd suggest at least one.
The KOP did not come with push-to-connect fittings which are necessary to build a system. They were available as one of the FIRST Choice selections.
Otherwise, I'd suggest borrowing some fittings from a nearby team or ordering some of your own (
