Re: CD Users Personality Test

I'm also an INTJ, both on this mini-test and a real Myers-Briggs test. And it is not surprising that many CD folks are INTJ and ENTJ.

Is Myers-Briggs perfect? No. There are several similar systems as well, and none of them are perfect either. But a careful study and some deep thought can give one a lot of insight into themselves, and really change the way you manage your life.

For example, as an INTJ, I know that I don't like sudden changes of plans: Instead, either following the plan and adjusting or allowing some time (minutes to hours) to "chew on" changes really works well for me. My boss knows it too, so when they need my best, they allow time for me to process changes.

Those who don't know me, I explain it to them so they don't think my inaction (or more accurately delayed reaction) means I don't care. In fact, I just need to plan what to do, otherwise I can't do it well.
