Question Remote kickoffs

I came up with the question of the week this week asking people what they think about remote kickoffs, and have a pretty good discussion with Rich Wong and a few others about it.

Pretty much I am interested in how are the remote kickoffs runned around the country? What sorts of events do you have at the kickoff? How many people are involved in planning for it? Etc etc etc.

So, for those of you who are involved in remote kickoffs, please do share your experience with others, because I am really interested in making the San Jose kickoff as good as possible.
