I was at the unveiling and I talked to the guys in charge of the design, they said that there will be a Velcro strap to hold the wall up. Honestly, there should have been an automatic latching mechanism that had to be released to put the side down, in the rush of things, I bet a coach will forget it one match, and since the loading zone is so close to the wall, it might get bumped and come crashing down on a robot.
Hopefully that never happens.
