I'm a little confused by this but hopefully I answer your question correctly... lol The people who do not have to pay are the mentors and advisors that are acting as
chaperons to a group. If you are just an Alumni that has returned to hang out with your old team, which we completely support, we ask you to pay the entrance fee.
RoboProm, although its main intention is to provide a prom for those missing theirs back home, has developed into a fundraiser for our team and is a large contributor to our team's ability to travel. We ask that in the spirit of FIRST and gracious professionalism, all people attending that are not chaperons pay the entrance fee.
