I know team 45, the TechnoKats, have participated in FIRST since it began. I don't know if they have been to all championships though.
EDIT: Wow, beaten by miles.
I know this probably won't count, but Team 71 has been to every FIRST championship since the team started in 1996. They also won four of them. I think that's pretty impressive
