Apparently Ian Fleming is only tied down to creating one more Bond movie. After that, it's anyone's guess. Personally, I will be looking forward to the new movie. If the plot becomes stale, they should put the series to an end. I am not against continuing this wonderful series of movies if they can keep us entertained.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but Ian Fleming is dead. He died of heart failure in 1964.

Bond novels written by Ian Fleming w/ year of release in parens:
Casino Royale (1953)
Live and Let Die (1954)
Moonraker (1955)
Diamonds Are Forever (1956)
From Russia, With Love (1957)
Doctor No (1958)
Goldfinger (1959)
For Your Eyes Only / From a View to a Kill / Quantum of Solace / Risico / The Hildebrand Rarity (1960)
Thunderball (1961)
The Spy Who Loved Me (1962)
On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1963)
You Only Live Twice (1964)
The Man With the Golden Gun (1965)
Octopussy / Living Daylights / The Property of a Lady (1966)

I liked the movie. I think I'll see it again.
