We are changing from LabView to C++ programming. I've been trying to re-image the cRio to work with C++, but re-imaging keeps failing:

Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW: The network connection was closed by the peer. If you are using the Open VI Reference function on a remote VI Server connection, verify that the machine is allowed access by selecting Tools>>Options>>VI Server:Machine Access on the server side.

I started the installation on a computer that has never been used to program the cRio before. I followed the installation instructions. I've installed the LabView tools (not all of LabView). I went through and found all of the updates I could locate and installed those.
I can image the cRio from another system that has LabView installed, but not WindRiver, so it's not anything to do with the cRio.
I haven't been able to image for LabView, Java, or C++. When I do a full re-image (ie Safe Mode off), the imaging seems to work, but the final are where the failure occurs. For a normal re-image, it seems to fail almost right away.
I would appreciate any kinds of ideas for how to work out what the problem might be.
Thanks.
