Voting every day
My school applied for this grant 2 months ago and we won 50k. In order to win though we had parents and students going to stores and asking people for the yellow caps. Some stores even let us put a bin out for collection and go through their bottle return for the caps. It was a lot of hard work but well worth the 50k. You guys might want to try something similar.
Also party stores are a good place to go to because they don't get rid of bottles for weeks
