We’re looking at using the slider as part of an elevator/forklift mechanism (ala
http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...Fforklifts%3F). I’m surprised that you think the rules do not allow delrin. I understand <R5> c. 1. (Any non‐reinforced polymer-based plastic sheet material may be used…) to allow delrin. The rule goes on to limit it to sheets 0.125” thick but does allow laminating it to form pieces up to 0.5” thick. We could laminate several sheets together and counter sink holes but we’re hoping there is a simpler solution that also avoids the bulk of laminated delrin.
