Reaching out to schools
Hey Delphi,

I recently started going to college and I'm attempting to start a rookie team in San Francisco (can you believe they don't have 1 FRC team in SF??).

Anyway, I'm wondering how I should reach out to the schools. Who do I contact? What exactly do I say to them?
