It was a mute point as we couldn't get approval to travel. We chose Waterloo because we have a limit of about 6-8 hours that we will travel to a regional and that fit within the window. GTR was just outside of that it fell on a week wouldn't couldn't travel. Either a testing week or our other regional. I don't recall which.
