Wow! I never realized that, but it makes perfect sense. Our team followed the trend; 1st year - awesome, 2nd year - wish this was like the 1st year, 3rd year - maybe we aren't cut out for this. Unfortunately we didn't make it past the 3rd year, but I can only imagine that the 4th year is the hardest — likely most of the original students are gone at this point.
